  4. One by one, take the tenderloins and dip them in the dry, wet, and back in the dry. Then, place them in the skillet. If they sizzle, you're doing great. If the oil pops and crack viciously, the pan is too hot, which can result in the chicken being overcooked on the outside while still raw on the inside.
