  5. 150 grams Kabocha squash

  8. 2 tbsp a. Sake
  9. 3 tbsp a. Mirin
  10. 3 tbsp a. Sugar
  11. 200 ml b. White flour
  12. 170 ml b. Cold water
  13. 1 b. Beaten egg
