  6. When the pasta is ready, drain about 6 tbsp of water and set aside. Drain the rest of the water and add the pasta to the frying pan with the zucchini and tomatoes. Toss for 1 minute on medium heat.
  7. Turn off the heat and add the creamy sauce mixture to the pan. Gently toss everything together. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water.
  8. Garnish with the remaining 1/4 tsp pepper and add the pine nuts and drizzle 1tbsp olive oil.
